Policy development is a key component to achieving Hawaii's 70% clean energy goal by 2030. DBEDT's State Energy Office is working to develop policies that support energy-efficiency efforts, renewable energy development, and transportation objectives in order to pave the way for Hawai‘i to reach this goal.
